3. Products & Pricing
All products listed on Nerfaria are women's fashion apparel sourced from verified suppliers. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). The final payable amount, including shipping charges (if applicable), is displayed before checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. No misleading discount claims are made; all original prices and discounted prices accurately reflect actual pricing.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders placed on Nerfaria are subject to availability and acceptance. We accept payments via UPI (through MMADPay payment gateway) and Cash on Delivery (COD). No card data is stored on our servers. For UPI payments, orders remain in "pending" status until payment confirmation is received via the payment gateway. COD orders are confirmed immediately upon placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. Shipping charges of ₹79 apply on orders below ₹999. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control. 6. Pincode Serviceability
Delivery is available to serviceable pincodes across India. State and pincode validation is performed during checkout to ensure accurate delivery. Orders with mismatched state and pincode combinations will not be processed.

Nerfaria does not sell any prohibited or restricted goods including but not limited to drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, lottery tickets, adult content, tobacco, or alcohol. All products listed are legitimate women's fashion apparel.
