Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. The return window begins from the date the product is delivered to you.
2. Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if they are: unused, unworn, and unwashed; in their original packaging with all tags intact; defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at info@nerfaria.in with: your order number; the product(s) you wish to return; reason for return; and clear photographs of the product showing the issue (for defective/damaged items). Our team will review and respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
For defective, damaged, or wrong products, return shipping costs will be borne by Nerfaria. For other returns (change of mind, size issue), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer. We will provide clear instructions on the return shipping process upon approval.
5. Refund After Return
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
