Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel, email us at info@nerfaria.in with your order number. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Returns Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases: order cancelled within 24 hours of placement; defective or damaged product received; wrong product delivered; product significantly different from what was described on the website.
3. Refund Timelines
UPI Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of refund approval. The amount will be credited back to the original UPI-linked bank account.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders that are cancelled before shipment, no refund is applicable as no payment was made. For returned COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and completing quality inspection.
Failed UPI Payments: If money is debited from your account but the payment is not confirmed on our system, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 3-5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund. Products returned without original packaging and tags may not qualify for a full refund.
5. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, email us at info@nerfaria.in with your order number, reason for refund, and supporting photographs (if applicable). Our team will review your request within 48 hours and communicate the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within the timelines mentioned above.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only some items from a multi-item order are being returned or if there are minor discrepancies that do not warrant a full refund.
